By commissioning me, you are completely agree with all of these terms.

Will and Won't Draw

Working method

After the payment has been sent and the idea of the commission has been discussed, I'll move on to work on the initial sketch of this one, and when I feel it's fleshed out enough, I'll send you a preview of this one just to check details on the character's design/pose in case you'd like to do any change so far, then I'll move to lineart. Lastly, will move on the coloring and finish the commission. The final piece will be delivered to the email provided in the form.

Terms & Conditions

  • I like to work with specific ideas but I can work with artistic freedom as well

  • In the case you do have a clear idea of the drawing, be sure to include references for everything that's gonna go in it besides your character's, i.e: Pose, outfit, designs, accesories, etc.

  • There may be an extra charge in case changes need a considerable amount of extra work. I.e.: pose change, add or removal of a character, color palette changes, etc.

  • I don't mind NSFW references of your character(s). So you're free to include them.

  • After receiving a finished NSFW piece, you must wait 10 days before posting publicly in your own social networks. However, if your account is set to private, or plan to post it in your Twitter Circles, you can post it right away.

  • You're free to ask for checking out the progress of your commission as much times you want. However, be considerate and patient about it.

  • As the artist, I have all the right to decline a commission. Here are a few reasons why I would decline a commission:

  1. Use of unpolite, rude or improper language when replying.

  2. Insisting on me to draw any content from my "Won't Draw" list or slightly close to them.

  3. Ask me to lower my prices.

  4. Ask me to replicate another artist's artstyle.

  5. Include another person's character(s) withouth their permission.

  6. Ask me to finish your commission before an specific date.

  • You're not allowed to use my artwork for commercial purposes.

  • Please have in mind that I can not refund a commission. As soon as I receive a payment, this one inmediately goes to pay my bills (food, water, electricity, etc).

  • My work schedule can be inconsistent, but I mostly work at night.

  • If you see me working on/posting own artwork or any other artwork that it's not your commission, please keep in mind that sometimes I want to work on self artwork or so. I'm still working on your commission.

  • I only accept Payment Plans if a commission's total price is $300 or more

Half Body

  • Flatcolor - $130

  • Soft Cel - $160

Full Body

  • Flatcolor - $180

  • Soft Cel - $220

Character Sheet

  • Character Sheet (up to 5 drawings only) - $250

Note: The coloring on the sketchpage commission is flat colored. Without any shadingNote: The drawings on the piece vary from headshot to fullbody

Additions

Add Another Character:

  • $50 + On Flatcolor & Character Sheet

  • $80 + On Soft-Cel

Add Background: Depends on complexity of this one, explain your idea and give reference images. The amount for the background will be added to your commission's price, for example:Fullcolor Fullbody $200 + Background $30 = Total of your commission $230

  • Note: As for background, I mean an actual scene. i.e: forest, city, beach, any kind of store, etc. If you don't have any idea for one, I'll simply add a colored circle or so with no extra cost.

Refsheet

Both prices next shown are for the base template of the refsheet which includes: Fullbody front & back views, a headshot, color palette, an optional NSFW alt and an optional floating body part or accessory you'd like to highlight

  • Rework Sheet: - $215 (Initial Price)

  • Design from Concept - $265 (Initial Price)

  • Simple Sheet: $165

Simple Sheets are a separate option from the other two and the template for this one it's the one shown in example:

Additions:

  • Extra Fullbody: $65 +

  • Extra Headshot: $35 +

  • Outfit Sheet: $50 + per outfit

Price can raise or lower depending on how complext/detailed the outfit is

  • Note: The character will be created only for personal use.

All prices are subject to a raise depending on how complex is the character's design, backgrounds, outfits, poses, etc.
